Military families.

As a Gold Star daughter, Veteran spouse, and award-winning host of a military family focused podcast, Jen actively advocates for the unsung heroes that our servicemembers come home to (i.e. our military families). She often shares her own story of losing her father while on active duty when she was only ten years old, how she works in finance with a special interest in career military families, and amplifies the stories of active duty military families today via podcasting.

Entrepreneurship.

Prior to podcasting and moving to the east coast, Jen received her Bachelor’s in Journalism emphasis Public Relations at San Diego State University — and was fired from her fourth consecutive job in her young adult years. For a decade since, Jen has established a career in sales and in entrepreneurship with experience in the legal industry, online marketing, and now financial services. She enjoys candidly sharing her “accidental” entrepreneurial journey in hopes that fellow entrepreneurs will take valuable lessons from her story.
